Running for Mental Health Awareness – Meet Tom!

One of our energetic members, Tom, has a real passion for running! 🏃‍♂️ Whether he’s taking on a 10K or competing in a triathlon, Tom proudly wears his Eight Bells for Mental Health vest, helping to raise awareness and challenge the stigma surrounding mental health.

In September, Tom took part in the Highclere 10K, marking his third event in just four weeks – an incredible achievement!

But for Tom, it’s about more than just crossing the finish line. By wearing his Eight Bells for Mental Health vest, he’s helping to spread an important message: mental health matters, and we should all feel able to talk about it openly.

Every mile he runs helps start conversations, break down barriers and remind people that they are not alone.
