Active Mondays
On Monday mornings, Callum from Everyone Active encourages us to get active and participate in a diverse range of activities, from lively table tennis matches to laughter-filled balloon volleyball games, and even tranquil indoor bowls and golf sessions. Alongside these, quick quizzes contribute to our well-being keeping our minds sharp and spirits high.

Art on Thursday
Take time out to nurture your mental wellbeing. One of the most fulfilling ways to achieve this is by engaging in creative activities. Art offers a therapeutic escape, allowing you to express yourself and find joy in the process.

Friday Morning Gardening Club
We’re proud to have two raised beds: one at Shaw House in Newbury and another at Thatcham Discovery Centre. Our members find great joy in preparing, planting, and caring for these gardens. They grow fresh produce for lunches at our drop-in centre, along with wildflowers and herbs to attract wildlife. With winter upon us, the beds have been cleared, but we’re already excited about replanting them in the spring!
